Information / Event Support

The Club House provides a unique home-like atmosphere which is appreciated equally by members and non-members. It was designed to accommodate a variety of events simultaneously. Inside or outside catering is available. There is a full kitchen on the first floor and a large butler's pantry on the second floor.

Description of rooms

First Floor: Entry Foyer, Reception Room, Dining Room
Second Floor: Upper Foyer, Drawing Room, Ballroom/Auditorium
Third Floor: Meeting Rooms, Bride's Room

You may rent individual rooms or the entire building for up to 8 hours. The cost of rental varies by the space needed to suit the size and type of events. Typical events which can be held are dinners, luncheons, buffets, weddings, wedding receptions, meetings, lectures, concerts, parties, memorials, and reunions.

Detailed requirements are available in the Manager's office in the Club House where they can be reviewed on request. The Manager is available to assist with all aspects of a rental including the reservation process. Please call 415-673-7117 or email questions to:

Standard Rentals (1st and 2nd floors: maximum capacity, 350 guests)

An 8-hour rental includes one 2-hour daytime rehearsal at no additional cost.

4-hour rental $3,500
8-hour rental $6,000


Individual Rooms (shown for 4-hour rentals)

First Floor:

Reception Room $700
Dining Room $800

Second Floor:

Ballroom $2,000
Drawing Room $1,000

Third Floor:

Meeting Room $250 (up to 7 hours)
Third Floor Suite (3 rooms) $500 (1-4 hours)
$750 (4-7 hours)

Additional hours for rooms on the third floor will be considered on request.

Technology Support

Ballroom presenters or business function attendees may have access to the Internet via our wireless system. The Club House supports visual and sound projection.

Catering

The Club can either provide catering services or arrange for such services. Rates vary according to number of guests, menu, and service selection.

Renters may hire their own caterers. When an outside caterer is used, there is a kitchen use fee of $300.

Amenities

A concert grand piano is available for an additional $300. The building has an elevator. There are two restrooms on the first floor and one each on the second and third floors. There are two coatrooms on the first floor.
